§01

Introduction

This Content Policy (“Policy”) governs your use of Slurp and is incorporated into our Terms of Service. Violations may result in Listing removal, entitlement suspension, account termination, and cooperation with law enforcement or affected parties.

By using Slurp, you agree to use the Service responsibly, lawfully, and only for products you represent or are explicitly authorized to list.

  • Link to a legitimate website or landing page controlled by the listed entity
  • Include media you have the right to use and that does not infringe third-party rights
  • Comply with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and securities laws

You are responsible for verifying authorization before each submission. Slurp does not independently verify ownership, funding status, or product claims.

§03

Prohibited Listings and Content

You must not submit Listings or Content that:

  • Promote illegal products, services, or activity in any applicable jurisdiction
  • Contain malware, phishing, credential harvesting, or deceptive install flows

  • Display adult content, hate speech, harassment, or violent extremism
  • Facilitate spam, pyramid schemes, unregistered securities offerings, or prohibited gambling
  • Infringe copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or publicity rights
  • Expose private personal data of customers, employees, or third parties without lawful basis
  • Attempt to manipulate votes, rankings, or engagement through bots, paid vote schemes, or fake accounts

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload Service endpoints, checkout, email, or authentication systems
  • Upload malicious code or content intended to harm users, staff, or infrastructure

§05

Sponsor Placements

Sponsor Placements must be clearly distinguishable from editorial Listings, comply with applicable advertising disclosure requirements, and not contain prohibited content described in this Policy. We may reject or remove sponsor creative that creates legal, security, or reputational risk.

§06

Domain and Listing Claims

If a domain or product is already listed, duplicate submissions may be rejected or routed through a claim process. False claim assertions, domain hijacking attempts, or disputes submitted in bad faith violate this Policy and may result in permanent account termination.

§07

Monitoring and Investigation

We may monitor use of the Service to enforce this Policy, protect infrastructure, investigate abuse, and comply with law. You acknowledge that abuse investigations may review logs, Listing Data, metadata, and communications related to your account.

We may preserve and disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to security incidents or legal process.

§08

Enforcement and Remedies

We may take any action we deem appropriate, with or without notice, including warning, revision requests, temporary suspension, permanent termination, entitlement revocation, vote adjustment, delisting, IP blocking, and referral to law enforcement.

Enforcement decisions are made in our discretion to protect the Service, users, and third parties. Repeated or egregious violations may result in permanent bans.

§09

Reporting Violations

Report suspected violations via our contact page with sufficient detail to investigate, including listing URLs, timestamps, and account identifiers if known. Security vulnerabilities should be reported to [email protected].

§10

No Expectation of Privacy for Abuse

YOU HAVE NO EXPECTATION OF PRIVACY IN RESPECT TO USE OF THE SERVICE FOR UNLAWFUL, UNAUTHORIZED, OR ABUSIVE PURPOSES. WE MAY COOPERATE WITH LISTING SUBJECTS, HOSTING PROVIDERS, PAYMENT PROCESSORS, AND LAW ENFORCEMENT INVESTIGATING VIOLATIONS.
§11

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
